DripCue ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Email address — collected when you create an account
Clothing photos — images you upload to build your wardrobe
Usage data — how you interact with the app (via Sentry, for crash reporting only)

How We Use Your Information

To provide AI outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe photos
To save and display your outfit history
To authenticate your account securely
To identify and fix app crashes and errors

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU. Wardrobe photos are stored in a private cloud storage bucket accessible only to your account.

Third-Party Services

Supabase — authentication and database (supabase.com)
Anthropic Claude — AI outfit suggestions (your photos are sent to Claude's API to generate suggestions)
Sentry — crash reporting (no personal data is included in crash reports)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your wardrobe photos are only shared with Anthropic's API to generate outfit suggestions.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes all your data including photos, wardrobe items, and saved outfits.

Access the data we hold about you
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data upon request

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@dripcue.app or delete your account directly in the app.

Children's Privacy

DripCue is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
